Enrollment
Begin enrollment
One agreement per student. About fifteen minutes, and your progress saves as you go.
Ready when you are
Start the Family Enrollment Agreement
You will be asked about your student, your family’s contact details, how tuition will be funded, medical basics, and eight program acknowledgments — then you will sign electronically.
Nothing is submitted until the final step, and you can go back and change any answer before signing.
What happens after you submit
Submit an enrollment application
Complete the Family Enrollment Agreement online. It takes about fifteen minutes.
Intake meeting with the Head of School
We discuss your student's history, your goals, and exactly what the school expects of families and students.
Initial student assessment
Informal and observational. It places your student in the appropriate cohort and establishes a baseline for progress monitoring — it is not a test to pass.
Enrollment confirmed
Confirmed upon receipt of the signed Enrollment Agreement and the first monthly contribution.
Before you sign
Read the handbook first
The agreement asks you to affirm eight specific commitments. None are boilerplate, and all of them are things families occasionally decide they do not want.
Taekwondo is required. Progression is earned rather than scheduled. Graduation is not conferred by age. Families are expected to communicate.
All of it is spelled out in the Student & Family Handbook.
